For over a decade, GH Training have been producing a wide range of written training resources to help Charity runners prepare for Marathons, Half Marathons and 10k’s.
Over the years, our Training Guides and Weekly Newsletters have helped thousands of runners achieve their running goals and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for Charity -but in a world where technology is advancing at a breathtaking pace, we thought it was time to evolve.
Time has never been a more precious commodity and despite knowing the importance of reading a training guide, alot of runners want to learn from a more visual and inspiring medium.
It is for this reason why we have now turned to video production to complement all our other training resources.
The popularity of vlogs and video content continues to grow and it shows no sign of stopping any time soon.
For runners training for a marathon, half marathon or 10k, the engaging and visual information obtained from video makes it an invaluable medium from which to obtain vital information.
So, with all that in mind, we have spent the last few months filming and producing a series of high quality vlogs to help runners prepare for their upcoming race.
Currently, our vlogs are only available to the Charitable Organisations (and their runners) who subscribe to our Training Hubs and associated Training Resources.
However, there are plans in the near future to produce a further series of vlogs available to everyone.
