".......Excellently organized and presented. Graeme was fantastic. Very cute quiz."

Get Ready for your Webinar

To help you prepare for your upcoming Marathon, Half Marathon or 10k, your Charity have asked me to host a Zoom Webinar to ensure you get your training off to the perfect start.

Whatever your level of fitness, the webinar will cover a range of topics and give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you have about any aspect of your preparations.

They key topics we'll cover are:

Interactive, Engaging - and a lot of Fun.

Let's be honest, sitting in front of a Zoom presentation for 2 hours with some chap rabbiting on about the importance of carbohydrates and stretching has the potential to be a bit dull.

Powerpoint slides with bullet point after bullet point (although insightful) might become a bit of a snore-fest after a while - so we do things slightly differently to keep you engaged and encourage you to actively play a part in the webinar.

We do this in two ways:

Kahoot

Instead of just firing information your way and expect you to digest it with boring old bullet points, we ask you to download the Kahoot app for iOS or Android so that you can take part in a very light hearted quiz.

This helps to not only keep you involved in the webinar, but also gives me the chance to find out what you know (or what you think you know) about marathon training and help to explode a few marathon myths.

Of course, it's not compulsory to take part, but it's a very popular part of our webinars and with points available for getting correct answers, it helps to bring out your competitive side (often with hilarious consequences)

Golf Balls

As random as it sounds, before we begin the webinar, could I ask you to source a couple of golf balls and have them available for the duration of the webinar.

Any other hard balls will do, but golf balls work best.....

Why I hear you ask?

Well, you'll find out at the webinar.

Finally.....

Finally, please feel free to ask as many questions as you like at the Webinar.

No question is a silly question - so make the most of this opportunity to ask whatever query you have on training, injuries or nutrition.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Remember - download Kahoot iOS or Kahoot android  and dig out a couple of golf balls!
