Creating an account is quick and simple.

Your charity or event team may have provided you with a unique charity code. You’ll need this when creating your account, so please check any emails or instructions they’ve sent you before signing up.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to access the training support available for your event.

The Video Library is one of the main areas of the platform, featuring a wide range of short, practical videos covering key topics such as training, nutrition, injury prevention, recovery, strength, mobility and more.
You can browse by category or simply search for a topic to quickly find the advice and support you need.
Whether you want help with long runs, pacing, fuelling, stretching, strength work, injury worries or race-day preparation, the Video Library is designed to give you clear, easy-to-understand guidance whenever you need it.

The Weekly Countdown Videos are available for half marathon and marathon events, giving you timely, week-specific advice as race day gets closer.
Starting 12 weeks before a half marathon and 16 weeks before a marathon, a new video unlocks each week, covering useful advice around training, nutrition, recovery, mindset and injury prevention.
These videos are designed to help you stay focused, organised and reassured during the key weeks of your training.
You can also enable notifications in the app so you’re alerted whenever a new countdown video becomes available.

The FAQ section is packed with quick answers to common training questions.
It’s designed for those moments when you just need a simple, practical answer without searching through endless articles or videos.

You’ll find plans for different distances and experience levels, along with supporting guides covering areas such as strength and conditioning, nutrition, injury prevention and race preparation.
The aim is to give you structure, confidence and direction, while keeping your training simple, manageable and easy to follow.
