Specialising in endurance training and nutrition, corrective exercise and injury prevention, Graeme's experience in the physical and mental preparation for taking part in long distance running and cycling events has spanned 2 decades and earned recognition from leading Sports Companies, Publishing Houses, Celebrities and International Sportsmen.

From helping Arsenal & England football Legend Tony Adams rehabilitate from a knee replacement to producing Training Guides for Science in Sport, Graeme's expertise is widely respected.

Fun Fact

Following a total knee replacement (TKR), Graeme helped Tony Adams - ex England and Arsenal Captain (and Strictly Come Dancing) Legend-  regain full knee function, strength and stability.

Although his rehab programme can't necessarily be attributed to his silky moves on the Dance Floor, it just goes to show what is possible if you follow a specific and dedicated rehab programme.

The above exercise was performed just 6 months post surgery - so give him a few more months and you never know, he may be ready to slip on an Arsenal shirt back on. :-)
