In the build to a major event (such as London Marathon or London Landmarks Half Marathon), our weekly videos can be emailed out or posted up on Facebook, so that runners can have peace of mind that their training is on track and they're doing everything right.
UPDATE: From May 2022, all weekly countdown videos will be automated - and pushed through directly to your smartphone. Week specific training, nutrition and injury prevention advice falling into you lap every week.
