With the Covid -19 Lockdowns of 2020 encouraging a huge uptake in the number of people taking up running,  many new or "reborn" runners are now looking to make the most of their new found fitness.

New for 2022 is the introduction of our updated Marathon and Half Weekly Countdown Videos.

In the build to a major event (such as London Marathon or London Landmarks Half Marathon), our weekly videos can be emailed out or posted up on Facebook, so that runners can have peace of mind that their training is on track and they're doing everything right.
