GH Training Video Tutorial Library

New for 2018, we are proud to offer all Charitable Organisations who subscribe to our Cycling or Running training resources, free access to our new Video Tutorial Library.

As helpful as blogs, magazines and books are to help runners and cyclists prepare their bodies for an event, the written word and still images can only help illustrate those “how to’s” up to a point.

When it comes to explaining how to perform sport specific stretches and injury prevention exercises, video tutorials are the only way to give people an a clear and accurate demonstration of exactly what they should be doing.

Giving you Confidence

One of the key aims of our video tutorials is to give subscribers complete confidence that they are stretching and exercising correctly - and not making the same old mistakes that so many others make.

All our video tutorials highlight many of the variables that stretching, injury prevention exercises, group riding etc present.

Tutorials for Runners and Cyclists

Our library features something for all runners and cyclists, whatever their experience or ability.

Cyclists training for RideLondon for example, can view live footage (and advice) on how to climb RideLondon’s three big hills (Box hill, Leith hill and Newlands Corner) as well as a range of videos on how to become a more confident and safer rider.

Runners can learn new stretches and injury prevention exercises, to ensure their muscles are conditioned properly to endure the many miles they’ll be clocking up to get marathon ready.

With new videos being uploaded all the time, our library is an invaluable resource that Charity runners and cyclists will come back to again and again to help them with every aspect of their training.
