One of the most common questions runners ask is: how many carbs should I actually be eating while training for a half or full marathon?

The honest answer - is It depends. 

We’re all different in terms of body size, gender, training load and metabolism  -and they all play a role so there isn’t a single magic number that works for everyone.

In this video, I’ll give you a simple rule of thumb to guide you. If you’re training around three to five hours per week, I’ll show you how to calculate your daily carbohydrate needs, what that looks like in real food terms, and how to tell whether you’re eating too little — or perhaps a little too much.
